The liquidation of TELECOM is invalid

Here we have TELECOM for a long time
Bogota, March 30th. The Council of State of Colombia declared the nullity of a rule that fixed for January 31, 2006 the liquidation of the National Communications Enterprise, Telecom.
For this Council,  detailed technical inventory and financial appraisal assets are needed, before securing the completion of the liquidation process.
"The Executive introduced an amendment that violates the law in force, so be declared invalid because the law did not distinguish between the assets assignedto the service and those who are not, for purposes of excluding those of  the massliquidation" says the statement known at the end of March by the local reporters.
The economical analysts will find that telecommunications infaestructure  used by TELEFONICA in Colombia  is actually the Colombian heritage.
Telecom was militarized on June 10, 2003 and more than 4 million workers were displaced from their jobs.
The renewal of the state program of Uribe’s administration closed TELECOM and other dozens of state agencies.
