HORMIGUITAS 2003 have asked to pay pensions to former Telecom workers

HORMIGUITAS2003 and former workers of the former Telecom have asked the Constitutional Colombia  to review their decision to suspend all legal actions designed to pay pensions of former employees of the firm. At the same time it is asked    to bring to Plenary cases of all former employees claim the right mode in advance, since it was a determination of the Board of lecom.
